4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of hair and beauty products:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise stated on the Site.
Wigs, bundles, extensions, and hair care products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition if eligible for exchange.
Custom units, worn products, or altered hair are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Any approved exchanges must be requested within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy.
